Birth Certificate Uploads

Birth Certificates are now required for each player participating in the Cicero Youth Soccer League.  You will be prompted to upload a copy of your child's birth certificate when your player's account is created.   If the player's account is already created you will be prompted to upload the birth certificate during the registration process.   This is to ensure that we have each player playing at the appropriate age division.  Thank you for your cooperation with this.
