2019 CYSL Summer Camp Registraion is Open.

CYSL will be hosting only one Soccer Camp for the summer of 2019. This is due to school ending in such close proximity to the 4th of July holiday.
***** Our Camp will be held in August (5th - 9th) at our fields at Plank Road Park. *****
There are a few new things to know about our Camp this year.
In an effort to keep the cost down and quality up, we have partnered with GPS (Global Premier Soccer) to provide coaching staff. In doing so, the pricing will be lower than in the past - $100 for half-day players, and $150 for full-day players.
This pricing has allowed us to do a few extra things for our families, in the area of further cost savings:
= $10 family discount for each additional sibling attending the Camp.
= All Campers registered by June 15th will be entered into a raffle - 4 names will be drawn, and those players will be fully refunded their Camp cost.
= Our Camp runs from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Half Day will be 9:00am - 12:00, or 1:00pm - 4:00pm, depending if you prefer morning or afternoon sessions.
= We are offering “Early Drop Off” and “Late Pick Up” this year. Anyone wishing to drop off their child as early as 8:00am, or pick up their child as late as 5:00pm need only register for this service - there will be a $25 fee for the week (that is $5 per day for Early Drop Off - the week’s total is $25. The same math applies for the Late Pick Up - if you do both, that is $50 = $10 per day.)
= A Camp t-shirt will be given to all attendees by GPS, however we will not be issuing a soccer ball at the Camp. (There were many people who complained about the quality of the soccer balls that were provided at the Challenger Camps we hosted in the past.)
= Payment options:
$ We are working to set up on-line registration with a credit card. Credit card companies charge us about 3%, so we are offering other options.
$ Pay by check - drop it off on any game day at our building at the park. Take off $5 per child - you saved us the credit card charge, and we are passing that savings right back to you. Cool, huh???
$ Pay by cash - for all of you big spenders that have money burning a hole in your pocket, you can pay any Board Member at our building. It is preferred to pay me (Ed Foster, CYSL Treasurer) so I can be sure of who has paid in cash (this is obviously a tougher method to track). This method of payment allows you to take off $10 per child - please have the exact amount because making change for a number of people may not be feasible.
(Why do we offer these savings? Because I don’t mind doing a little extra to save our families the money. Credit card companies make millions, and you don’t. So, you can use the savings more than they need it.)
***** Note: CYSL does not make any money from this soccer camp, nor do I or any CYSL Board Member. 100% of the money collected gets paid to our service provider, in this case it is GPS. This has been the case for every camp we have ever hosted. This allows us to bring a quality Camp to our kids at the most affordable cost.
***** Last Note (I promise): Our former Camp partner, Challenger Sports is still trying to get us to host camps with them. We have moved on, as you can see. This has not stopped them from mailing notices to some of our former players, advertising a camp with us in July. We don’t have a camp in July, so I suggest you don’t register for it. FYI
