Registration is open for our 2022 soccer season!
We’ve made a couple of updates to the website (www.cysl.co) and registration. Most notably, you’ll find we are switching from a “late fee” policy to an “early bird discount” on the Age Division registrations (6U and up). So, when you go to register before March 1st, you’ll see the registration cost is $85, but when you add it to your cart, the $20 discount will be applied. Mini-Kicker costs are still $40. You’ll also see the multi-player family discounts we’ve always had. We will be returning to regular uniforms this season as well, instead of the reversible tank-top jerseys we had last year. Registration on or after March 1st will likely result in your player’s uniform not being available for the first game as our supplier is experiencing the same supply chain issues as the rest of the country.
We are always in need of new volunteer coaches, especially at the younger age divisions. Signing up is easy from your Account page, or while registering your players. Any questions, please email Dan ([email protected]).
Do you think your soccer player might be interested in being a ref for our games? Sign-ups also follow the registration process, and there will be evaluations the last week of April. Email Jen ([email protected]) with any questions.
Key dates for the Spring 2022 Season:
- Today – Registration is officially open with a $20 early bird discount on Age Division, standard pricing for Mini-Kickers
- March 1st – Early bird discount ends, we focus on creating the teams and place the main uniform order.
- April 30th – Field lining day and we open the fields for practices
- May 7th – Opening day games
- June 18th – Last day of Spring season games, then break for the summer
Be sure to check out the CYSL Apparel Store, which is being added to the website in the next couple of weeks. You will be able order customized sweatshirts and t-shirts.
Lastly, I’d like to welcome our newest Board member, Kate Colberg, Registrar. She is handling the incredible process of sorting each of your player and coach requests into the 40-50 soccer teams.
